Harlem RBI is a pioneer in sports-based youth development organizations. Beginning in 1991 by turning an abandoned lot in East Harlem into two baseball diamonds, Harlem RBI boasts one of the most high-quality programs in the industry. Age-appropriate softball and baseball programming is offered to East Harlem youth starting at age 6 and continuing through elementary, middle, and high school with additional internship and employment opportunities in college and beyond. Harlem RBI has created a culture of high quality programming to which kids want to attend every single day. With impressive attention to evaluation methods and staff training, Harlem RBI represents a significant presence at Change the Game. We’re looking forward to having Rich Souto, Chief Operating Officer, and Vince Coleman, Baseball and Softball Program Director, at Change the Game!
