Amy Baltzell, Clinical Assistant Professor of Education at Boston University

Dr. Amy Baltzell is the Coordinator of the Sport Psychology Specialization and a faculty member of the Counseling program in the School of Education at Boston University. Dr. Baltzell’s research and teaching interests are in areas of performance enhancement, coping, and character in sport, as well as positive psychology. She teaches graduate courses in applied sport psychology, positive psychology, and values in sport. Dr. Baltzell has been involved in sport psychology from a number of perspectives, as a sport participant, collegiate rowing coach, educator, consultant, licensed sport psychologist, and as an Olympic and professional athlete.  Dr Baltzell is an incredible addition to the Change the Game list of attendees! We’re looking forward to having her experience in the classroom and on the field.
